With a four-day long weekend coming up, the residents of Dubai couldn’t be happier!

So for those of you who won’t be traveling out of the city, we’ve got the whole list of the best places you could catch the glorious National Day fireworks from this National Day!

La Mer Dubai

A spectacular celebratory agenda featuring musical entertainment and scintillating fireworks await visitors to mark the 47th UAE National Day, on 1 and 2 December 2018, at La Mer. Over the course of the two days, firework displays will light up the skies around the beach destination at 9 pm, while famous singers Fouad Abdul Wahed and Mohammed Al Shehhi will host concerts that are open to the public free of charge.

On 1 December, Fouad Abdul Wahed, the Yemen born Khaleeji singing sensation who shot to fame with the Dubai TV show ‘Najm Al Khaleej’ – Star of the GCC, will mesmerize audiences with a live performance of his popular numbers including “Ya Hob” and “Qalbi ElSagheer”. Emirati star Mohammed Al Shehhi will take over the stage the following day, on 2 December. Boasting over 1.2 million subscribers on YouTube, the Ras Al Khaimah native is known for his poetic lyrics and music that creates a soulful fusion of western beats and classical Arabic compositions.

The Beach, JBR

Celebrate UAE National Day at The Beach with fireworks, dance performances, and giant mascots

Enjoy two spectacular firework displays on 1st and 2nd December at 8:00 pm, along with live performances of Al Ayallah traditional dances every evening from the 30th of November – 3rd December from 6:00 pm onwards. Guests also get to Watch the highly anticipated blockbusters Creed 2 and Colette at  Roxy Cinemas on the 1st and 2nd of December at 8:15 pm and watch the fireworks show with the best view straight from their balcony. Also, don’t miss the selected bites from their menu while watching the fireworks show.

Different shops around the destination are celebrating National Day by offering exciting discounts on clothes and accessories, including Muji, Real Madrid Retail, Patrizia Pepe and Roberto Cavalli. The newly opened Nau optical will be giving free frames when lenses are purchased

You get to choose from a wide selection of eateries such as Almaz by Momo, Butcha Steakhouse and Grill, and Poco Loco, among others that are offering special menus with something that appeals to everyone.

Dubai Festival City Mall

Celebrate the national day at Festival city this year!

For those of you still wondering what to do this National Day, Festival City has you set with a spectacular Firework show. Visitors get to watch two fireworks displays at 8 pm and 10 pm, right after special IMAGINE shows on 2nd December.  In addition, you can enjoy the traditional Ayala dance performances and live entertainment from 2 pm!

Goes without saying, you can stop by the mall for a quick bite or shopping spree.

Al Seef Dubai

From cultural events to fireworks, the old town of Dubai will be Lit up with spectacular and magnificent fireworks, from 8:30 pm onwards this National Day 2018.
