One of it’s kind, POP! is a homegrown slider concept which is hard to miss due to it’s bright blue appearance that is covered with splashes of colour and yellow polka dots. The truck serves five kinds of fries and sliders all UNDER ONE ROOF (AWESOME, RIGHT?) These simple sliders are served on rainbow-coloured buns, that make your sliders pop just right and makes it every bit Insta – worthy!

The menu is short and sweet with four slider options: spicy chicken and cheese, crispy chicken or beef with and without cheese. All sliders come with seasoned fries, but there’s also a selection of signature fries worth trying. The ‘Secret’ fries come with melted cheese, caramelised onions and a special (secret) sauce. There are also cheese and onion fries topped with fried shallots and cheese sauce; sweet potato fries with coriander and blue cheese dressing; Cajun fries with Cajun seasoning and simple seasoned sea salt fries. Extra dipping sauces include mustard, dynamite sauce and garlic aioli.

P.S. Make sure you Pop it open and slide it apart to be able to hear the pop sound it makes once you open the box.

Pop! sliders start at Dh40 for two or you can get the Boom Box, which includes all four slider options for Dh80. An order of signature fries range from Dh15 to Dh20.
