Ramadan is a time for family and community. It is also a time to think about pushing yourself to do your personal best. Though fasting can take a toll on workout routines, with proper nutrition and hydration, a steady exercise regime can be maintained during the Holy Month. This year, why not set a new fitness goal and sign up for the Ramadan Night Run? With distances of 3, 5 and 10 kilometres, this community event is accessible to people of all fitness levels.

All finishers will receive a special event medal crafted specifically for this year’s race. The top three performers in each distance category will receive trophies. Best of all, all participants are entered into a prize raffle, with the chance to win exciting prizes.
